The silhouette of the new building resembles the design of an Italian sports car

This exclusive showroom for luxury cars – owned by JB-Motors GmbH – was built just outside Bremen, in tranquil Stuhr.

In about six months, on an area measuring 2,500 square metres, owner Jerome Böker created a luxury dealership. This showroom has space for 25 vehicles from marques such as Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Mercedes all the way to Bentley.

JB Motors is known for outstanding exclusivity, now reflected in the construction costing around three million euros, offering the perfect backdrop for luxury cars.

“I want to wow people with the ‘Automotive Concept Store’. But, above all, customers should feel at ease,” explains Jerome Böker.

For the silhouette, he was inspired by the design of Italian sports cars, such as Lamborghini, creating a luxury showroom made of glass and steel.

The most beautiful cars from far and wide are now situated here on about 900 square metres of space.

Böker designed the building with friends of his that are architects, with a flexible power supply being a must.

The installed EÜK screed-covered duct system from OBO Bettermann is the ideal underfloor solution for large areas with fixed furnishing plans, as is the case at JB Motors.

It creates a high level of flexibility in underfloor electrical installations. The electrical installation duct forms a tight, hidden cable routing grid in the screed.

Underfloor boxes allow the expansion with device installation units and access to the electrical installation.

The UDHOME2 , the square floor socket for use in dry-care cavity and screed floors in indoor areas, is mounted directly on the raw concrete and connected with flexible installation pipes.

In addition, the OKB brush bar trunking from OBO Bettermann integrates elegantly into the room’s overall appearance.
