The casing is laid floating onto the underfloor boxes with mounting lids, closing the gaps between underfloor box and cassette frame, thus protecting the interior against the ingress of dirt.

The protective cover made from aluminium sheet is put into the cassette frame as a screed protective cover before the screed work is done and can be polished over with  Estrich/Terrazzo  .

Combined with a lined body, this Terrazzo solution can also be used for heavy-duty applications. The Terrazzo-Schalkörper enable the seamless installation of cassettes in underfloor accessory sockets in polished screed and Terrazzo floors.

In the square cassette version with tube body, this solution is also suitable for wet-care floors.
