The new pipe end cap from OBO simplifies work

Small cause – big expense: Remounting of defective pipe end caps on electrical installation pipes has always been an unpopular and costly task. Now, the separable pipe end cap means that this is no longer the case. Open, plug it on, push it together – and you're done!

The snap-lock means the pipe end caps can be mounted onto an existing installation without any dismantling. The separable pipe end cap can be used universally ‒ of course, the separable pipe end cap also makes your work easier during initial installations in accordance with applicable standards. The halogen-free and UV-resistant plastic makes the pipe end caps suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Recent additions to the product range include separable pipe end caps in PG sizes from PG 9 to PG 48, which are used in particular for maintenance work in old installations.

After the product range was rounded off with the separable pipe end caps in PG sizes, a complete replacement of the standard variants by the universal pipe end caps is planned by the end of 2018. This will simplify warehousing for wholesalers and also offers the user the advantage of always having a suitable pipe end cap to hand, regardless of whether it is to be used for maintenance work, initial installation or retrofitting.
